THE CALL

My agent texted me this morning that the sale of my rental property is confirmed, the closing date will be April 8. The closing of my Maritimes' cottage will be on April 11. I hire the same lawyer so hopefully he will allow me to sign both property sales' documents at the same time on April 8.

Once i receive the money, I will invest partly in stocks and my Alberta ranch's reno. I also have to pay for my investment property that i just bought in Edmonton earlier this month. I have money left that i may spend on property in USA, most probably in Hawaii.

The call of living in Hawaii is so strong. I cry with happiness every time i think about it.

Unfortunately, the money left will not be enough to buy a great property in Hawaii. I need a big house with enough acreages to accommodate my pets of 7 dogs, 3 cats, chickens and birds.

Therefore it is crucial that my first US tour should be successful. I will try to work as much and as hard as possible for few months.

Will I make it? I don't know. Time will tell.

Anyway, I am really excited for my future:)
