SPRING CLEANING

Somewhere beautiful and sunny by the water, May 17 2023

I have done my commitments to do tour all over Canada earlier this year, including two times visit to major cities in the Maritimes.

Now, it is time for me to be back to be a good mom for my animals and to be a good owner of my big, often messy house as well as my rental properties in here.

I have changed new roof, new painting in one of my rental properties, new deck on that property will be made soon as well. Lucky tenants. I am going to increase the rent too, however. Win Win situation

The other tenants on other location have complaint that the water tastes bad and lots of sediment, and I am going to fix that issues as well.

I am going to install a dog run in my main property as well very soon.

It will be much easier for the future pet sitter if I am away for a long period of time.

I am thinking of changing the exterior siding of my main house as well.

Ah....so many things to do.

But, all in all, I think I can handle all these tasks, step by step.
